Hansen CV-bank, you simultaneously accept that your information are stored in Chr. Hansen's internal CV-bank and that the information now and in the future can be used by Chr. Hansen in connection with recruitments for jobs or projects or similar. Our jobsite is developed in cooperation with OFiR a-s in Denmark. OFiR a-s provides the software and stores the information for Chr. Hansen. OFiR a-s does not have access to your data, and your data will not be accessible by other companies than Chr. Hansen. Should Chr. Hansen at a later stage take over or be taken over by another company, your acceptance of our storage of your information also includes these companies, if they form part of the same group of companies. Should one of the companies within the group extend the access to the CV-bank to other group related companies, then these companies are automatically covered by the acceptance. Purpose of registration The purpose of registering your CV in our CV-bank is to create a qualitative, easy and quick way of matching your qualifications with a vacant position at Chr. Hansen. What information is registered Chr. Hansen registers the information you enter in your CV. What information cannot be registered Danish legislation imposes certain regulations if your CV contains information on racial or ethnic background, political, religious or philosophical persuasion, trade union affiliation and information concerning matters related to health and sexual orientation. Chr. Hansen has no interest in such information and urges you to exclude any such information from your CV. However, should your CV anyhow contain such information, your acceptance of these terms and conditions allows Chr. Hansen to register your information. Your information We attach great importance to ensuring the confidentiality and your privacy. As described above, only Chr. Hansen can access your registered information. Your information will not be passed on to others without your specific content. When you give us your e-mail address, please be aware, that this is the e-mail which will be our access to you, and you should consider carefully, which address you use. You can always update and review your cv details You can review and update your CV details at any time from the website on which you created your CV. If you are on holiday or if for some other reason you do not want your CV to be online for a specific period, you can deactivate it. Likewise, you can withdraw your acceptance and delete your CV at any time. You need your user name and your password for this action. On principle, Chr. Hansen does not edit or change your CV details. To avoid errors and misunderstandings during use, it may, however, be necessary to make certain amendments. You therefore authorize Chr. Hansen to make such amendments to your CV as may be required in such cases. Data security Chr. Hansen attaches great importance to ensuring that third parties do not know your personal data. In cooperation with our data processor OFiR a-s we make every effort to maintain a stringent and high level of security. OFiR a-s meets the requirements of the EU directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data etc. OFiR a-s has been approved by the Danish authorities as a data holder and data processor. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security. When data are sent and stored electronically, there is always a risk of third parties gaining unauthorized access to protected data. Chr. Hansen disclaims responsibility for any breach of data security. Disclaimer If job seekers use this service for unauthorized and/or criminal purposes, or register information, which according to EU or national law must not be registered, Chr. Hansen is entitled to exclude such person from the system with immediate effect and delete any affected CVs. Users of this website shall not hold Chr. Hansen liable for any loss arising out of any change or closedown of the service, including any change of these terms and conditions. Chr. Hansen does not guarantee that you will be contacted concerning a potential job. Chr. Hansen assumes no liability for any loss arising as a consequence of a job seeker or other person not being able to access this service for short or long periods of time, including access to such person's personal page, "My CV". Chr. Hansen shall not be liable for any loss inflicted on the user as a result of interruption or operating defects of any kind, including computer virus. Chr. Hansen assumes no liability for any loss of data by reason of unauthorized hacking of any computer systems owned by Chr. Hansen. OFiR a-s and Chr. Hansen will of course do all we can to avoid any of these situations. Effect and expiry This agreement takes effect as from the date when you accept these terms and conditions and will remain in force until you terminate the agreement by deleting your CV or Chr.
